Hi all,
It was a great summer karate semester and I thank you all! Please enjoy the rest of the summer and I hope to see you all in September.
We wish Carolyn, Tim and the rest of the U.S. Team great success at the Gichin Funakoshi Cup tournament in Ireland in a few weeks.
I will keep you posted on a start date in September but plan on Monday/Wednesday trainings from 7-8pm on the 5th floor of the gym. As always, please consider taking the 6 week self defense class that Carolyn and I will be teaching on Mondays from 8-9 pm.
