Hi all,
For anyone interested, I’m going to start this semesters self-defense class. The one hour class is held on Mondays from 8-9pm, right after the karate class in the same room, and runs for 6 weeks. It begins this coming Monday (1/16).
This is a class that I think you can all enjoy. Gun disarming, ground fighting, chokes and holds will be covered. The cost is $20 for all 6 classes.
No need to pre-register, just come to the class to sign up.
