Hi all,
Please see the attached pdf document for details about the upcoming tournament being held in Montville, CT on 10/10
White belts would do 3 step sparring. Even beginners can do it if you feel comfortable by then. Cost is very reasonable ($15 for white belts).
Tournaments are a great place to practice and see quality techniques. I will be judging. Even if you don’t want to compete, table workers, timers, scorekeepers, are always needed and lunch is provided for helpers.
